THIS REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY (“POLICY”) OUTLINES THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING THE CANCELLATION OF MOBICURE SOLUTION SCREEN PROTECTION PLANS AND THE ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS. BY PURCHASING A PLAN, YOU (“CUSTOMER,” “YOU,” OR “YOUR”) AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS POLICY, WHICH IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE OVERALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE BETWEEN YOU AND MOBICURE SOLUTION.

1. Introduction

Mobicure Solution is committed to providing transparent and fair services. This Policy details the circumstances under which a Screen Protection Plan can be cancelled and a refund may be issued. It is crucial to read this Policy in conjunction with our comprehensive Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which govern the broader aspects of our service.

2. Eligibility for Plan Cancellation and Refund

2.1. Cooling-Off Period:

  • You may cancel your Mobicure Solution Screen Protection Plan and be eligible for a refund of the Plan Fee only within a Cooling-Off Period of fifteen (15) calendar days from the Plan Activation Date.
  • To be eligible for a refund during the Cooling-Off Period, no Repair Request must have been initiated or processed for the Device under the Plan.
  • If a Repair Request has been initiated, processed, or completed during the Cooling-Off Period, the Plan becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable, regardless of the remaining days in the Cooling-Off Period.

2.2. Beyond Cooling-Off Period:

  • After the expiration of the Cooling-Off Period, the Plan is non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Cancellation Process

3.1. Initiating a Cancellation Request:

  • In-Store: Visit the Partner Store where the Plan was originally purchased and submit a written cancellation request.
  • Email: Send an email to info@mobicuresolution.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request – [Your Plan Certificate Number]”. Include full name, registered mobile number, Device IMEI/Serial Number, and the reason for cancellation.
  • Helpline: Call our support at [Your Primary Phone Number]. A written email confirmation will still be required.

3.2. Required Information:

  • Full name and contact details
  • Plan Certificate Number
  • IMEI/Serial Number of the Device
  • Clear statement of cancellation intent

3.3. Verification:

Mobicure Solution will verify your request based on the Cooling-Off Period and ensure no Repair Request has been initiated.

4. Refund Process

4.1. Refund Eligibility Confirmation:

Eligibility is confirmed only if cancellation is within the Cooling-Off Period and no Repair Request exists.

4.2. Refund Amount:

  • The original Plan Fee minus an administrative charge (e.g., 15% of the Plan Fee).
  • This charge is non-negotiable.

4.3. Refund Method:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Alternate methods may be used upon mutual agreement if original method is unavailable.

4.4. Refund Timelines:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Bank delays may extend credit time (typically 3–5 business days).

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Cancellation request after Cooling-Off Period.
  • Repair Request initiated, processed, or completed, even during Cooling-Off.
  • False or misleading customer information.
  • Fraudulent activity or Repair Requests.
  • Plan terminated due to Terms breach (Clause 11.2).
  • Ineligible device after Cooling-Off Period (Clause 3.1).
  • Force Majeure events.

6. Mobicure Solution’s Right to Terminate Plan

  • Material breach of Terms and Conditions.
  • Fraud, misrepresentation, or Plan abuse.
  • Tampered or unmatched IMEI/Serial Number.
  • Device not in working condition at activation.

7. Important Notes

  • This Policy only covers Plan Fee refund.
  • The Plan is non-transferable.
  • Mobicure Solution’s decision is final and binding.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.

BY PURCHASING AND ACTIVATING A MOBICURE SOLUTION SCREEN PROTECTION PLAN, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THIS REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY.
